Memorial Coliseum Show ! … made Venue-Specific ! for – and sold on the Southern California ‘ Home Turf ‘ of the USC Trojans !!! … 1991 Summer Tour Grateful Dead ‘ Live ‘ in L.A. ! for 1-Night Only !!!!!
Grateful Dead Fan Faithful !!! … and for that matter – USC Trojans fans too !! – as offered here is an Incredibly-Rare ! Grateful Dead Shirt made ‘ Venue-Specific ‘ ! for the June 1st, 1991 ( 6/1/1991 ) Grateful Dead Summer Tour Show ! at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, in Los Angeles, California ….. Southern Cal !!!  This is the Vintage-Original Grateful Dead Merchandise ( GDM, Inc. ’91 ) Shirt that was made just-for this ’91 Summer Tour L.A. Show !  The Very-Rare ! ” White Shirt ” Version !!  Now I, being one of the many-masses that think it is just so-Excellent ! when Rock ‘n Roll !, and especially the Grateful Dead !!! cross-paths with Sports ! … I have always thought this Shirt was one of the Absolute-Coolest ! G.D. Shirts of all time.  And, it is undoubtedly one of the most ‘ Artistic ‘ G.D. Shirts too – with White Stallion Horses making up the actual ‘ Face ‘ of the G.D. Steal Your Face !  So … here you go indeed – close to 30-Years later — just waiting patiently for you to wear this G.D. Beauty ! back into the L.A. Coliseum !!  And all of that aside … I mean Look !!! at this design … as it is indeed one of the most-clever & creative ‘ Venue-Specific ‘ Grateful Dead Shirts ever !  With this particular era in time ( the Early-’90’s ! ) being one where many ! cool ideas similar to this one surfaced on Grateful Dead Shirts, and Yes ! – as this one is indeed an ‘ Official ‘ GDM release for this specific 6/1/91 G.D. Show !  On the front side, the ” Steal Your Face ! ” design, is made of a synchronized group of galloping White Stallions !  Or, should I say ‘ Horses ‘ just like the USC Trojan-Horse – Hah !  Well, they are galloping-away for certain – and are definitely pulling the load with ease on this Chariot !  And as for the Chariot itself ?  Well … its packed tight with three Skeletons – all appropriately dressed with their USC Trojans Battle-Gear ! – with both the Helmets !, and Swords !!  And on the back side … this Chariot is driving right into the USC Trojans L.A. Memorial Coliseum field !!  And in the very back of this Chariot, taking it easy ( naturally … ) – and clearly ” Enjoyin’ the Ride “… is a Green & Purple Dancing Bear!!!… Waving & Smiling!  Quite the scene indeed, and again – as for the the front of this Shirt… Wow!  Pretty much just Artistic-Magic ! at its very finest – in delivering one one of the Ultimate G.D. Illusions ! … much like that delivered during a ’91 Summer Tour Grateful Dead Show !!!  Yes indeed …  Enjoy this G.D. meets USC Treasure ! of a Vintage Tee !!  Wear it to some Games ! – and to some Rock & Roll Shows ! … and, you had better get ready to fall-in for all of the Excellent ! ” Nice-Shirt !!! ” Compliments !  Because they will most-definitely be coming in on this one – the Summer Tour ’91 G.D. ! meets USC !! As this is a used vintage-original clothing item – here are the issues that stand out to my eye upon very close inspection :
>>> three ( 3 ) tiny/very tiny holes : two ( 2 ) on shirt back bottom area & one ( 1 ) under right arm by seam (please see photos/close-up photos #7 through #10).
>>> faint-light staining/tiny stain spots on collar, arms & shirt body areas (please see photos/close-up photos).
>>> fading/cracking of design image emblems (please see photos/close-up photos).
>>> light fading of shirt material fabric (please see photos/close-up photos).
