Vintage or Antique Mountain Man or Native American Braided Leather Child Shoes Moccasin~Maybe Carl Dyer

The sole of the boots are about 4.75″ long x 1.75″ wide at widest part. While the sole looks good as if never worn, the top has some normal light scratches, blemishes from storage. Or else there are no tears,
The item set is in overall good condition.
I was told they are from Carl Dyer but since I’m not an expert I can’t confirm. Any help in identifying the boots is appreciated.
